Terms of Service

Cardsnipe is an online service operated from Belgium that uses artificial intelligence to estimate the condition and grade of Pokémon trading cards based on photos uploaded by the user. Cardsnipe is not affiliated with PSA, BGS, CGC or any official grading company.

By creating an account or using the Cardsnipe service you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Cardsnipe operates on a credit system. Credits can be purchased through our payment partner Stripe.
• Each grading analysis costs a fixed number of credits as displayed in the application.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (see section 9).
• Credits have no monetary value outside the Cardsnipe platform and cannot be transferred, exchanged or cashed out.
• Cardsnipe reserves the right to change credit pricing. Existing purchased credits remain valid.

• Cardsnipe provides an estimate based on AI image analysis. It is not a professional or certified grading service.
• Results may differ from grades assigned by PSA, BGS, CGC or other official grading companies.
• Cardsnipe does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any grading result.
• You should not rely solely on a Cardsnipe grade for buying, selling or insuring trading cards.
• Cardsnipe is not liable for any financial loss resulting from decisions based on our grading results.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the AI grading system.
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures or access controls.
• Misrepresent Cardsnipe grades as official PSA/BGS/CGC grades.

All content on the Cardsnipe website (text, design, logos, software) is owned by Cardsnipe or its licensors. You retain ownership of the photos you upload but grant Cardsnipe a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the grading service.

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, Cardsnipe's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Cardsnipe is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Under EU consumer protection law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing credits and using the service, you acknowledge that:

• Credits that have already been used (consumed for grading) are excluded from the right of withdrawal because the digital service has been fully performed.
• For unused credits you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@cardsnipe.be.

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without prior notice.
• Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium. As an EU consumer you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
